Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Kentucky and surrounding states
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Plan efficient routes while meeting strict delivery time windows
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklift certification (training provided)
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Represent our brand with professional conduct and safety-first mindset
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (company-paid)
- Knowledge of Louisville metro area and regional highway systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
