Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) following all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time and in the exact condition expected.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and cargo handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication.
