Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on regional and local routes.
- Load and unload freight securely using appropriate equipment.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and maintenance checks.
- Accurately maintain driver logs (ELD) and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and time management.
