Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand jacks.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Complete and maintain accurate delivery logs (DVIR) and paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pick-up and drop-off.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required (Training provided for Class B or new Class A applicants).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid Medical Card.
- Clean driving record (MVR check).
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
