Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and weight balance.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Complete all required documentation, including bills of lading and ELD logs.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (or ability to obtain one).
- Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to undergo paid training if no CDL is held.
