Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on designated routes throughout Los Angeles and surrounding regions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual labor as required by the shipment.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery manifests, and digital paperwork.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws, especially during night operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles area roads and routes.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
