Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (ELD).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MTC).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor truck adjustments.
