Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and secure loads properly.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and records regarding driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Interact professionally with customers and dock personnel at delivery points.
- Ensure the security and integrity of cargo during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Current Medical Card and DOT Drug Screening Certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and DOT physical exam.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and customer service.
