Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight to designated locations on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and paperwork in strict accordance with DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle loading/unloading duties.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
