We are looking for reliable individuals to operate commercial vehicles and ensure timely delivery of goods to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers and straight trucks in a safe and professional manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and delivery paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service during the loading and unloading process.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and protected against damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Card (DOT Physical).
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
