Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in and around the Jacksonville metropolitan area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation (ELD compliant).
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering freight on time and in perfect condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and time management abilities.
