Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods within designated Omaha routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols during night operations
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and route optimization capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 8 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile tracking applications
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
