Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks).
- Prepare delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time windows.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
