Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers over various road conditions, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Manage cargo loading and unloading efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all required paperwork.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card and ability to pass DOT physical.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations or DUIs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
