Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A) safely and efficiently on highways and local routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) as per DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Uphold our high standards of customer service and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) or be eligible to obtain one through our training program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate commercial vehicles across state lines.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
