Your Role:
You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods across the Northeast region, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks in a safe and legally compliant manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Maintain accurate logs and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service during loading and unloading.
- Adhere to all FMCSA and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
