Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently on all routes.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic logging devices (ELD) compliant with DOT regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time and in perfect condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and comprehensive background check.
- Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and manage demanding schedules.
- Must possess a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
