Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintenance reports.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Deliver freight on time and in excellent condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overnight travel.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating standard trucking equipment.
