Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Secure cargo and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Deliver freight to designated locations within the United States.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card).
- Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle cargo up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
