Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailer vehicles safely and efficiently on all types of roadways.
- Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
- Complete accurate daily logs (ELD) and delivery documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Maintain a clean and professional driving record at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
