Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles on assigned local delivery routes.
- Load and unload freight with care, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging devices (ELD) in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and end-users.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks during loading/unloading.
