Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner to transport freight to designated destinations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and mileage (ELD compliance).
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding cargo status and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one through our paid training program.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no recent major violations.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
