Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on various routes throughout California.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and documentation.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring cargo safety and integrity.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the Prestige Logistics brand.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Medical Card).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor duties.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and seasonal demands.
