Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently across assigned routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring cargo safety and timely delivery.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) required (or ability to obtain via our training program).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no more than two preventable accidents in the last three years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to travel regionally and adapt to changing schedules.
