Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers (Class A CDL) on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Complete daily inspection reports and pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (DVIR, Bills of Lading).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical exam.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
