Job Overview
As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels and goods to residential and commercial clients across the Baltimore metro area.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods from warehouse to designated delivery points.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or physical signatures.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer interaction records.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or Class B Commercial Driver's License.
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of the Baltimore, MD road network.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
