Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery trucks and vans on designated routes in and around San Antonio and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and paperwork, ensuring 100% compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and road maps.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
