Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods to designated delivery locations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and securing equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs (DOT) and delivery documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate commerce.
