Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver freight to designated customer locations, ensuring accuracy and care of goods.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolving issues and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety compliance.
Qualifications
- CDL Class A or Class B (Candidates without a CDL are eligible for our training program).
- Clean driving record and a valid DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading skills for paperwork and navigation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a commercial vehicle across state lines.
