Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional deliveries in Anchorage
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Manage loading/unloading operations while adhering to safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and fuel efficiency
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Comply with all DOT regulations and Alaska state transport laws
- Track inventory and delivery documentation with precision
Qualifications
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for preventive maintenance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete our 4-week paid training program
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Commercial driving experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
