Responsibilities
- Operate a 26' Box Truck safely and efficiently within the St. Louis metro area and surrounding regions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure 100% safety compliance.
- Secure and load cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Manage all necessary paperwork, including Bill of Lading (BOL) and delivery logs, accurately and on time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers at every stop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your truck at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating a box truck or straight truck.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Reliable truck with valid registration, insurance, and maintenance.
