Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries within Texas Gulf Coast
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of materials
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Proof of commercial insurance (liability $1M)
- Reliable box truck (26ft-32ft preferred) in good condition
- Strong knowledge of Corpus Christi and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- DOT medical certification current
