As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the local Nashville area and surrounding regions. We pride ourselves on customer service and timely deliveries. If you have your own authority or are looking to lease on, we have the freight to keep you moving.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 26ft box truck safely and efficiently to deliver freight to various locations in and around Nashville, TN.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck and cargo are secure.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads with straps.
- Maintain accurate logs and digital paperwork (ELD/PODs) in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with dispatch and customers upon delivery.
- Keep the truck clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must own or have access to a 26ft box truck (or willing to lease).
- Must have a DOT physical card and be drug-free.
- Strong knowledge of local Nashville geography and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
