Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries with 100% on-time performance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspections, and compliance documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using provided GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time load adjustments
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of all materials
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Own or have reliable access to a DOT-compliant box truck
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota roadways and delivery zones
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
