Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26' Box Truck to deliver goods to commercial and residential clients.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring safety and damage prevention.
- Complete and submit all required delivery documentation and logs accurately.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Proof of current commercial auto insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable box truck driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of local St. Petersburg and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
