Responsibilities
- Transport freight safely and efficiently within Santa Ana and Southern California
- Maintain meticulous vehicle maintenance and documentation
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage inventory handling and secure cargo practices
- Submit accurate delivery reports and billing documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Strong knowledge of Santa Ana and surrounding areas
- Reliable late-model box truck (2015 or newer)
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership experience
