Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries in the Anaheim area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspections, and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication systems
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage route optimization for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Own or lease a DOT-compliant box truck (26,000+ GVWR)
- Proficient in GPS navigation and basic smartphone technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and customer service skills
