Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading processes with precision
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A/B CDL with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Ownership of DOT-compliant box truck (26' or larger)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with digital dispatch systems
- Knowledge of Phoenix metro area road networks
- Strong time management and customer service skills
