Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for regional freight delivery within Texas and neighboring states
- Plan efficient routes using provided GPS tools to meet delivery deadlines
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatchers via mobile app for real-time load assignments
- Manage client interactions during delivery/pickup processes
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Submit weekly mileage and expense reports through our online portal
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Reliable late-model box truck (26ft+ preferred) in good mechanical condition
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and reporting
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- El Paso residency required for local route priority
