Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of cargo with provided equipment
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience (commercial or personal)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Reliable box truck (2015 or newer, under 26,000 lbs GVWR)
- Basic smartphone for communication and app usage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
