Responsibilities
- Operate a 26-foot Box Truck safely and legally on designated routes throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring proper securing and adherence to weight limits.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate status updates to dispatch in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Keep the truck interior and exterior clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Must own a reliable, well-maintained Box Truck (26ft preferred) and valid insurance.
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to safety.
