Responsibilities
- Perform local and regional deliveries using your own 26ft Box Truck.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently to meet delivery windows.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging and delivery documentation (BOL, POD).
- Interact professionally with clients and warehouse personnel.
- Report mechanical issues and maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Must own a commercial box truck (26ft or larger).
- Valid Class B CDL (if applicable) and a clean driving record.
- Current DOT compliance, insurance, and authority documentation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in local logistics or freight hauling.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate local routes.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
