Responsibilities
- Safely operate box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Inspect vehicle pre/post-trip for compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Manage all aspects of load securement
- Report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 1 year box truck experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable box truck (2005+ model) with insurance
- Smartphone for daily communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass background/drug screening
- Pittsburgh metro area residency preferred
