Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for regional/local routes within Kentucky and surrounding states
- Manage pickup/delivery schedules with GPS tracking for real-time efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD compliant) and delivery documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients for seamless operations
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (MVR provided)
- Minimum 2 years box truck/straight truck experience
- Own or have access to a DOT-compliant box truck (24-26ft)
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with reliable data for communication/app usage
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
