Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries within Los Angeles County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel costs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate loading/unloading procedures with warehouse teams
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Knowledge of LA metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for preventative maintenance
- Strong time management and route optimization abilities
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance ($1M liability)
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity
