Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries in Portland metro area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Inspect and maintain vehicle pre/post-trip
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Manage loading/unloading of goods with care
- Utilize provided GPS technology for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Reliable box truck (2015+ model, 26' max)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings as needed)
