Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own box truck for local/regional deliveries within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
- Manage scheduling with flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends available)
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using provided dispatch software to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load adjustments
- Document delivery milestones and handle paperwork digitally
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Proof of commercial auto insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Reliable box truck (24-26ft) with DOT inspection certification
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with smartphone navigation and digital dispatch apps
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
