Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided box trucks for regional freight deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery performance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle checks
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Represent the company professionally at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic smartphone proficiency for dispatch apps
- Reliable communication and customer service abilities
