Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided box trucks for efficient local and regional deliveries
- Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to all DOT regulations
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication
- Utilize our digital dispatch system for real-time route updates
- Track and document delivery documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of box truck or heavy commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area geography
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital dispatch tools
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for independent income
