Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Manage daily route planning and on-time deliveries
- Maintain vehicle inspection logs and maintenance records
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal load efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable personal box truck (24-26ft preferred)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- Pass background check and drug screening
